5 Fire Lift & Intercom IS 14665 8-passenger rated fire lift with automatic grounding on alarm trigger.
6 Refuge Area & Fire Check Doors NBC 2026 2-Hour fire-rated doors (FD 120) on refuge balconies every 7 floors.

🔥 Annual Renewal Reminder

Fire NOCs are valid for exactly 12 months for commercial premises and 36 months for residential societies. Application for renewal must be submitted 60 days before expiration.
